Great location, great facility, warm rooms, amicable staff. Truly enjoyed views over Porth beach and extremely comfy beds. Got a dryer, a shower cap, and bath sheets, available in the bathroom.

It has beautifully maintained rooms and wonderful location right by beach and pub, banks and supermarkets and the city centre and shopping. Staff are amiable and great, know what the customer wants. The venue provides a coffee/tea maker, multi-channel TV, and a dining area. There's views of the beach.

We had a perfect stay in Newquay very close to the city centre and shopping. Staff was wonderful and helpful despite our late arrival.- The bed was comfortable.- Loved views of the beach at the front.- The apartment had an amazing and beautiful location in the garden area.

I didn't want to leave, would stay here again. I loved the secure area with restaurants and pubs near the venue. Had great facilities, including a coffee/tea maker, multi-channel TV and a dining area. The design was nice overall.

Great location, very close to the city center and a pub 🍻. The hosts were super helpful and really made our stay wonderful. The area where this place is situated is fantastic, making it easy to explore around.

The property looks exactly like the photos. Fantastic location on Porth Beach with amazing balcony views. Clean and well taken care of. Comfy beds and each bedroom has a patio. Wifi available, no phone signal. Friendly cove. Can't wait to go back.

This place is conveniently located only 3 km away from Watergate Bay and is also close to the beach and the town of Newquay, which is great. The bathroom here is well-equipped with a dryer, shower cap, and bath sheets.
